What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and ZIP — up to 50MB for standard uploads and 250MB for large quote projects.
Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely. Design online in the MajixxGraphixx Design Studio, upload your own artwork, or request designer help and we'll bring your vision to life.
What's your turnaround time?
Most catalog products ship in 2–6 business days, with rush service available. Custom quotes are typically returned within 24 hours.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — many products qualify for bulk pricing. Add quantities online or request a bulk quote for the best rate.
How do proofs work?
For custom artwork we send a digital proof. Production only begins once you approve spelling, colors, layout, and placement.
What about large signs and wraps?
Wraps, large signs, storefront/window graphics, and installs are quote-only. Submit your details or call us for fast pricing.
